A: Greenleaf Healthcare provides a convenient service that sends medical providers (Naturopathic physicians) to your
home, office or hotel for a same-day visit. Once there, the provider can offer a diagnosis, treatment and prescription.
This visit may take the place of an urgent care or primary care visit.
A: The introductory price for a Greenleaf Healthcare mobile medicine house call is $199 per patient seen. This price
includes a physical exam, diagnosis and prescription if needed. If filling medication through a pharmacy this is a
separate cost. Lab tests if needed as well as IV therapy are also priced separately.
A: Your credit card info will be obtained prior to requesting the home visit. We will place a hold on your card until the
visit is complete. If you cancel the request at least 2 hours before the provider arrives, you will not be charged.

Ridge, Fremont, Wallingford, Ravenna, Ballard, Woodland Park, Queen Anne, Sunset Hill, Loyal Heights, Crown Hill,

A: Yes...we are out of network for most insurance plans including Aetna, Amerigroup, Cigna, Coordinated Care,
Coordinated Care (Ambetter) EXCH, First Choice Health, First Health/Coventry, Group Health Cooperative,
HealthSmart, Humana/ChoiceCare, Premera, Regence, and United Healthcare.
Payment is due at the time of your visit. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the visit upfront
and a comprehensive Superbill (based on service provided) will be submitted to your insurance. Full or partial
reimbursement will be sent to you from your insurance provider (the exact time varies and amount of reimbursement
depends on the coverage of your particular plan). Due to federal and state regulations, Greenleaf Healthcare mobile
medicine is not allowed to accept Medicare and Medicaid and these visit costs are out of pocket...payment plans are
A: Our goal is to have a provider to you within 2 hours of making the appointment, traffic permitting.
A typical visit takes 30 minutes, although options for an extended complete consultation is available - 60 minutes.
A: We offer a full list of medical services and treat a variety of conditions.

Comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plan
Prescription if needed (we can’t write narcotic prescriptions)
IV hydration services or IV Vitamin therapy (these are a separate fee)
Blood draws, lab work
Minor surgery such as wound evaluation/management and possible suturing (for superficial injuries)
Evaluations and referrals for imaging or further workup if at home treatment is not possible
Other services as determined by the provider during the triage call
A: A Naturopathic doctor is a board certified medical practitioner with a Doctorate degree. Advanced education in
assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of a broad range of medical conditions.
As well as advanced clinical training in pharmacology, minor surgery, IV therapy, botanical medicine and other
natural methods of healing.
A: A provider will speak with you prior to the visit. If the provider determines that a home visit is not appropriate, he or
she will direct you to the proper care. A brief triage workup is free, any extensive phone consultation over 15 minutes
will start at $50.
A: Providers may be able to do basic testing based on your symptoms. If blood work is recommended this will be an
additional fee. Your caregiver will provide you a referral for any additional services you require, such as imaging.
